Make has won three awards at the 2026 Tall Buildings Awards, presented on 13 October at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire alongside the Tall Buildings Midlands conference.
One Thames Quay won Tall Commercial/Mixed Use Building of the Year and was then named Winner of Winners, the top prize of the night. 40 Leadenhall took Tall Office Building of the Year.
Rising 45 storeys in Canary Wharf’s South Quay, One Thames Quay is a residential-led mixed-use tower for LBS Properties, delivered with executive architect Design Delivery Unit. It provides 332 dual-aspect homes above ground-floor commercial space, and shares a continuous public realm with the neighbouring Make-designed Amory Tower. Amenity runs through the building, from a sky lounge and gym to a private bowling alley and bouldering wall.
40 Leadenhall, our 34-storey tower in the City of London for Vanquish Properties (UK), adds Tall Office Building of the Year to the BCO Regional London Award for Best Commercial Workplace it won in 2025.
Our thanks to our clients and the wider project teams on both buildings, and to Tall Buildings Media and the judges.
