This September, our intrepid team of three will join hundreds of fellow built environment professionals to take part in the LandAid Trek. Richard Meddings, Mariangela Iodice and Ben Crossman are challenging themselves to walk a whopping 40km and raise £2,400 for LandAid, joining the fight to end youth homelessness in the UK.Â
In the UK, a young person faces homelessness every four minutes. That’s nearly 124,000 16–25-year-olds in the last year alone. LandAid unites the property industry to support charities providing life-changing services to young people facing, or at risk of, homelessness.Â
The trek will take around 11 hours along one of the south coast’s most iconic trails, the South Downs Way. Starting in Eastbourne, the team will journey through the heart of the South Downs National Park, finishing in Lewes.Â
Every donation, big or small, will help fuel their walk and make a real difference. If you’d like to support our fantastic Pace Makers, please donate here.
