Make is on the ground at UKREIIF this May, with Partners Stuart Fraser and Greg Willis heading to Leeds for three days of industry conversation.
Stuart’s experience spans the workplace, hospitality and residential sectors through to masterplanning, as well as sports and leisure. He has recently led on the design and delivery of a number of major schemes in Manchester, including Eden at New Bailey, for the New Bailey masterplan in Salford.
Greg has played an instrumental role in a variety of schemes designed to revitalise Birmingham’s city centre, including the final phase of the high-profile Mailbox development, the refurbishment of Birmingham’s historic Municipal Bank, and the delivery of a new mixed-use quarter at Arena Central.
1.30–2.30pm, Wednesday 20 May | ‘Are We Asking the Right Questions About Viability?’
Stuart will join a panel hosted by Muse exploring how developers and public sector partners can make places investable by looking beyond cost reduction and focusing on how value is created across the full lifecycle of a place.
Bringing together perspectives from across the value chain, the discussion will look at how risk, return and cost of capital are shaping delivery, and what needs to change to unlock more schemes in practice.
Stuart will be joined on the panel by Lisa Gledhill, Managing Director of National Partnerships at Muse, and Max Farrell, Founder and CEO of LDN Collective.
If you’d like to arrange a meeting with Stuart and Greg, please get in touch.
