A talk by the founder of The Architecture Drawing Prize followed by out-of-hours exhibition viewing
In this talk, Ken Shuttleworth will discuss the art and power of communicating the design process through architectural drawing.
Looking at his career through this medium, he will describe how architectural drawing has evolved and progressed design both for him personally and for his practice at Make. He will touch on how it has informed projects, how it is encouraged and taught at Make and how it can provide a unique medium to challenge broad societal issues – as can be seen through the practice’s brainchild: The Architecture Drawing Prize. After Ken’s talk, you will have the opportunity to visit The Architectural Drawing Prize exhibition for an exclusive out-of-hours viewing.
