James joined Make in 2012 and has since moved to our Sydney studio leading a number of mixed use and retail schemes, including the redevelopment of Chatswood Chase in Sydney.

He also has a great deal of experience across the commercial office and residential sectors, most recently leading the design and delivery of the high-profile Rathbone Square project.

James is a key member of Make’s retail sector group, which explores the future potential for retail developments.
