Since joining Make in 2012, James has worked across a number of high-profile developments including the design and delivery of Rathbone Square. This new development in London’s West End  is home to Facebook and offers premium residential, office and retail, and the introduction of a new public square.

He relocated to Australia in 2018, leading a number of mixed use and retail developments including a substantial retail destination in Sydney, Australia.
