James joined Make in 2012 and has since moved to our Sydney studio leading a number of mixed use and retail developments, including a substantial retail destination in Sydney, Australia.

He has a great deal of experience in the office, residential and retail sectors in particular, and led the design and delivery of the high-profile development of Rathbone Square in London’s West End. This new development is home to Facebook and offers premium residential, office and retail, and the introduction of a new public square.

James is a key member of Make’s retail sector group, which explores the future potential for retail developments.
