Make has continued the design language of the stone cladding through to the entrance column, with its unique diamond-shaped motif carved onto Gascogne Beige limestone. This feature acts as a major anchor to the Lee Garden One entrance, welcoming visitors into the mall.
The rooftop extension has also unlocked valuable indoor/outdoor F&B space, creating a new hospitality destination at the heart of the precinct. Michelin-starred restaurant Roganic recently made the space its new home. Make’s ‘glass box’ design opens up rooftop space previously reserved for maintenance and acts as a beacon on top of the mall, drawing natural light into the shopping floors below and increasing lettable space. A green wall and integrated lighting further create a welcoming hub that people can enjoy throughout the day and night.
The ongoing refurbishment of other Lee Garden developments will continue to reinforce the shopping centre’s status as Hong Kong’s premier destination for luxury brands.
