Camilla has been Make’s HR manager since 2013 and is one of our two trustees.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she holds a Master’s of Personnel and Development and is on the organising committee for the Architecture HR Forum.

Camilla oversees the entire employment cycle of Makers in all our studios, from recruitment to development through to employee relations and benefits. She is passionate about equity and inclusion, and is an active member of our in-house Equity, Diversity and Inclusion group.
