Arrash joined Make in 2019 and has since been working on the facades team for 40 Leadenhall, seeing it through to construction. He previously worked on a combination of residential, commercial and mixed use projects at all work stages.

Arrash has taught the Advanced Digital Design Techniques (ADDT) Module at the London Metropolitan MArch course since 2014. He completed his Part 1 at Manchester School of Architecture, Part 2 at London Metropolitan University and Part 3 at Westminster University, where he qualified as an architect in 2017.
