Make’s Tracey Wiles to judge inaugural Dezeen Awards

Dezeen, the world’s most influential architecture and design magazine, has just launched the annual Dezeen Awards. And they’ve invited Make’s Tracey Wiles to join their judging panel and help identify the world’s best in architecture, interiors and design.

Tracey, a qualified architect and interior designer, joined Make in 2007 and in 2016 relocated from London to our Sydney studio. She’s overseen premium schemes for the practice in Australia, the UK and Asia, from private residences and luxury hotels to multi-residential developments and high-end retail projects, many with heritage components. Some of the more recent notable projects she’s worked on include the striking Temple House hotel in Chengdu, Opera Residences which overlooks the harbour in Sydney and ongoing work for London department store Harrods.

The Dezeen Awards will recognise not only exceptional products and projects but also the studios and the individual architects and designers that produce the most outstanding work.

Dezeen has long been known for showcasing the best international architecture, design and interiors projects and news from around the world and their inaugural awards program is a great fit for Tracey. Her global design experience sees her often called upon to guest lecture for academic and international industry speaking engagements and participate in various awards juries.
