Located near Moorgate Station, with immediate access to The Elizabeth Line, the 110m-tall tower, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL Platinum, will soon become home to international law firm Linklaters. The 26-storey tower also offers 10,000 sq ft of premium retail space and five large external roof terraces with great views across the City.
There is now 65,000 sq ft of highly flexible office space remaining on the top floors of the building with terrace space in excess of 10,000 sq ft and its own entrance. The tower is due to complete in Q3 2023.
