Jia Qi is a Part 1 architectural assistant currently contributing to the Harrods Central Escalators scheme.

She joined Make after receiving a First Class Honours from The Bartlett and is currently pursuing her placement year for the MSci (ARB Part 1 & 2) course. She previously completed a series of internships in Singapore, most recently at Zarch Collaboratives, DP Architects, and ONG&ONG Architects, where she gained experience cross a broad range of project types.

Alongside her academic work, Jia Qi’s interest in architecture, art, and photography has earned her recognition in several international competitions, including the 2024 Asia Digital Art Award, 2023 Archisource Drawing of the Year, and the Sony World Photography Awards.

Outside the studio, Jia Qi enjoys cooking, discovering treasures in antique sales, and visiting art galleries.
