Serwan joined Make in 2019 and qualified as an architect in 2021. He is currently working on a major masterplanning scheme in China that includes offices, retail and residential units. Serwan previously contributed to a variety of commercial and mixed use projects, including the award-winning 80 Charlotte Street development.

Serwan became a RIBA Architecture Ambassador in 2021 and works closely with local schools to deliver workshops to children and young people; part of his role is to also empower and inspire them to have an opinion on their built environment.

Outside of Make, Serwan co-founded AADEX (algorithms aided design exposition): a multi-dimensional design studio specialising in algorithmic-based product, spatial and architectural design.
