Sam joined Make’s London studio in 2012. There, his project portfolio included One Leadenhall and 40 Leadenhall, two commercial towers in the City of London.

Since moving to the practice’s Sydney studio in 2017, Sam has been part of the design team responsible for delivering Brookfield Place Sydney. He has particular expertise on mixed use developments of this scale and complexity. Sam also led Make’s facade team through the design and development stage of Chatswood Chase — a transformational project for North Sydney’s largest retail centre. His Sydney portfolio of work includes 36 Carrington Street, located in the CBD, where he oversaw its building-wide design and coordination.

Having studied and worked in the US and the UK, Sam is now permanently based in Australia. He qualified as an architect in 2021.
