Magalie joined Make in 2018 and looks after the full employee life cycle covering payroll, recruitment, and appraisals.

She is a certified Mental Health First Aider and is a key member of the studio’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion group.

Magalie is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She previously worked in HR roles within the consumer market for well-known Japanese brands.
